As a native of the Charlotte area, Susan has witnessed the ongoing growth and expansion within Lake Norman and surrounding areas. Her expertise in residential real estate and her knowledge of the area is what sets her apart.

Prior to her real estate career, she worked for 10 years in the banking industry, for two of the largest financial institutions, focusing on marketing, technology and communications. In 2005, Susan decided to use her marketing and communications expertise and transitioned into the field of residential real estate, where she was Rookie of the Year for a large locally owned real estate company.

Due to Susan’s dedication to customer service, she has received national recognition each year with the Five Star Customer Service Agent award. In addition, she has been recognized with many other awards including being inducted into the National Association of
Professional Women in 2013. Her professionalism, determination, and positive attitude is an integral part of what makes her such an asset within the company.

Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Queens University. She lives in the Lake Norman area with her two children.
