WHO WE ARE

Patrick E. Burke is Vice President of the E/F Burke Realty and Development Company and General Manager of Burke Developer, LLC. His professional Experience includes three decades of development and construction of commercial and multi-family real estate.

A graduate of Canisius College, where he received his B.S., Mr. Burke joined the family business in 1981 where he oversees the management of 900 residential apartments and 160,000 square feet of commercial space. In 1986, with his brother David, Mr. Burke formed Burke Brothers Construction, Inc., a home builder and developer. Burke Brothers Construction, Inc. has developed over 1,000 lots and homes, town homes, apartment complexes, two child care facilities and two U.S Postal facilities. The Development Company’s largest Western New York development is a Planned Golf Course Community situated around Arnold Palmer’s “Brierwood Golf and Country Club” in Hamburg, New York. His professional experiences include many successful Joint Ventures developing Medical Offices, Tax Credit Housing, Conventional and Senior Apartments and Single Family homes for sale.

During the past decade, Mr. Burke has directed an expansion of the Burke Companies operations with a move into the metropolitan Charlotte, N.C. marketplace.

Currently employed as General Manager for the family owned Burke Developer, LLC, Mr. Burke has direct responsibilities for site supervision, estimating and production of the project based building/development company. The company has developed many projects including; the 108 Unit Michaels Landing, Charlotte N.C., the 15 unit Mulberry Town Homes, Cornelius N.C., the 56 unit Emerald Green Condominiums, Mooresville, N.C. and 48 Units “Villages of S. Main Street” in Davidson, N.C.. Burke Developer has also constructed three upscale single family subdivisions known as; The Estate on Lake Davidson (24 lots and homes), The Hammocks (14 lots and homes) and Cooper Ridge on Lake Norman (6 estate homes).
